Required Children's Items
 |
Current immunizations and a completed physical are required upon enrollment. |
 |
Extra change of clothing (including pants, shirt, underwear and socks).

Winter - heavy coat and snow pants or snowsuit,
waterproof gloves, mittens, hat and boots. |

Spring/Summer/Fall - Jacket or sweater, hat, rain boots,
rain coat |

Comfortable play clothes for daily wear. Some of the activities are messy, and although we have the children wear smocks or paint shirts, the ink, paint, mud, food, etc. may soil their clothes. |

Appropriate clothing for outside play |

Comfortable shoes to be worn in the center at all times. |
 |
A fee of one dollar will be charged for each LRS diaper that is used |
 |
For infants on formula: capped bottles with premixed formula, labeled with the child’s name. |
